I have watched founders walk out of their own events the moment something went wrong.
Not to fix it. To find someone to blame.
I decided early on that I would never be that person.
In May 2023, I was the head of hospitality at a destination wedding in Goa. 600 guests. A client who had paid significantly for a professional team.
I was promised four people at the check-in desk. I was alone. For three days straight. Around the clock.
The rest of the team had disappeared. The founders were missing from the hotel. The client kept coming to me — not because it was my job to handle everything, but because I was the only one there.
I stayed. I managed. The wedding was not a disaster. That experience did not break me. It built the standard I now hold every engagement to.
At Surashree Experiences, there is no version of a celebration where I go missing. The founder is present — from the first brief conversation to the last guest leaving the room. That accountability is not a selling point. It is a personal standard.
Seven Years. One Direction.
2018 — 2019
THE FOUNDATION
Started as an Education Counsellor at Royce Academy — learning client communication, business development, and what it means to earn someone's trust before they sign anything.
2020 — 2022
THE PIVOT
When the industry collapsed during Covid, I built a voice-over portfolio and continued freelancing independently. Executed corporate experiences, weddings, and product launches across Pune — alone, without a team, managing every detail end to end. Turns out, that was the best preparation for running a studio.
2019 — 2023
THE TRAINING GROUND
Interned and worked across multiple Event Management companies — executing weddings, corporate events, and product launches across Pune. Learned the industry from the inside. Saw what worked. Saw what didn't. Decided to build something better.
2023 — Present
SURASHREE EXPERIENCES
Founded in June 2023. Built not to be the biggest studio in the room — but to be the most reliable one. Every engagement personally directed. Every brief taken seriously. Every standard maintained regardless of city, scale, or pressure.

THE STUDIO
Surashree Experiences is a boutique experience design studio founded in Pune in 2023.
We are not an event management company. The distinction matters more than it sounds. Event management starts with logistics.
Experience design starts with people — with the question of what a room should feel like before a single vendor is called.
We work with corporates across employee engagement, leadership offsites, dealer meets, corporate inaugurations, client hospitality, and multi-city rollouts. We also design a limited number of weddings and private celebrations each year.
We are boutique by choice. We take on engagements we can design fully and deliver without compromise.
That means we say no more than most studios would. It also means our clients never wonder whether their experience is being handled.
